Project Coordinator - City of London

We are seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to support our clients Critical Services team across the City of London. This role combines project administration with financial coordination, ensuring small works and critical projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain project trackers, forecasting tools and documentation (RAMS, permits, O&M, handover packs).
  • Support Project Managers with procurement, purchase orders, invoicing and cost tracking.
  • Coordinate site access, logistics, meetings and stakeholder updates.
  • Act as a client-facing representative, building strong relationships.
  • Maintain organised project folders and assist with compliance checks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience as a Project Coordinator or any admin/project support role in building and construction.
  • Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel).
  • Experience with Procore/1Breadcrumb beneficial.
  • Understanding of POs, invoicing, forecasting and compliance docs.
  • Highly organised, proactive, accurate and client-focused.
