We are currently looking for a  Project Coordinator to join a main contractor delivering a live hospital project in Wimbledon. T

Due to the complex nature of the hospital works, this role will be primarily office-based. The site activities are already well established, and the successful candidate will focus on supporting site operations and compliance rather than managing trade packages on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating site inductions (high volume and ongoing)

  • Assisting with RAMS reviews and control

  • Timekeeping and workforce records

  • Document control, including drawings, permits, and compliance paperwork

  • Supporting procurement activities and materials tracking

  • General site administration and coordination

  • Assisting the Site Manager and Project Team with day-to-day operational tasks

  • Ensuring procedures align with hospital / healthcare environment standards

Requirements:

  • Experience working on hospital or healthcare projects (preferred)

  • Strong understanding of site paperwork, RAMS, and compliance

  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a site office environment

  • Good communication skills and ability to liaise with site teams and subcontractors

  • CSCS card required
