Actively seeking a motivated Project Director looking for a new challenge. This is an exciting opportunity to join a tier 1 main contractor who operate across a range of construction sectors including housing, commercial, industrial and data centres, with a turnover of circa 1billion.

About the Role

This an exciting opportunity for a hands on Project Director to lead a Site team for a New build, social housing scheme running until late 2026 worth 70million. This is a logistically challenging site so previous project experience of leading a high rise residential development is essential.

Responsibilities and Requirements of the role

  • Successfully lead a project site team on a large scale RC Frame residential development.
  • Have a good understanding and skill with M&E packages and of the M&E installation process
  • Successfully led a project of a similar value from start to finish
  • The ideal candidate will be personable, charismatic and be able to successful lead an existing site team.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of the Building Safety Act and management of high rise developments.
  • SMSTS
  • Prior experience of the handover process to a client.
