Join a leading international real estate consultancy with a unique approach, expanding their Project Management team and seeking an experienced Project Manager, to oversee the development of projects across London, and the Southeast.

Role Overview

  • Manage large-scale industrial/retail projects from inception to completion, including reports, tenders, and contractor liaison.
  • Take client briefs and deliver results tailored to their needs.
  • Lead junior Project Managers and develop a new project management team.
  • Collaborate with Senior Associates and Directors across various projects.
  • Drive business development and enhance Project Management services.
  • Oversee design and construction projects across all stages.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Hold a Project Management Qualification from APM, RICS, or similar institutions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in adopting and managing best practice Project Management methodologies.
  • Possess knowledge of pre- and post-contract Project Management responsibilities and adeptly deliver these services to clients, preferably with NEC management experience.
  • Proven track record on projects exceeding 10m.
  • Experience in both Category A & B project environments.
  • Knowledgeable in legislation and planning procedures.
