The Role:

Chelsea Physic Garden www.chelseaphysicgarden.co.uk seeks an experienced Project Director who will bring their expertise to serve our bold vision, enabling us to realise our creative direction and 10-year strategy.

Confident and experienced in leading teams of contractors, developers, designers, engineers and other professionals, the Project Director will devise an effective delivery plan that support the Garden’s architectural masterplan.

The candidate:

You will need to have experience of managing and directing capital and activity projects in a heritage setting, preferably National Lottery or major grant funded.  You will have well developed influencing skills and be confident, articulate and self assured managing design teams.  You will be able to demonstrate to us your experience at working closely with internal and external stakeholders and how you are able to maintain strategy direction whilst keeping your eye for detail and ability to hold people to account.
