We have a position opened with a leading contractor within the construction sector looking for a Project Manager with knowledge in the above glazing, partitioning, acoustics, architectural glass, drywall, drylining and timber.

The Project Manager will be joining a growing team in the London area and covering areas up to the Southwest.

The Project Manager:

  • Lead all aspects of project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Knowledge in glazing, partitions, acoustics, glass, architectural glass for over 5 years
  • Liaise with architects, main contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery across all phases.
  • Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality, and technical standards.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings and support installation teams with practical guidance.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK construction standards, CDM regulations, and H&S best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asta, Excel).
  • SMSTS, CSCS (black), and First Aid certification.
