Are you a Construction Project Manager who brings a confident and excellent communication approach and would like to work for an award-winning Fit Out construction contractor in central London.
The Project Manager should bring experience with Office fit out contracts between 500K - 10M.
The successful Project Manager will join a highly respected fit out team, made up of over 100 people, who operate efficiently and to high standards within the Commercial office/workplace sectors.
The Project Manager's Role
The Project Manager will specifically work on Office/Workplace schemes, located across all of London, supporting key clients within the Tech, Legal, Banking, Retail and Commercial industries.
These CAT A & B schemes have a high-quality aspect to them, so an eye for detail will be required.
Contract values range between 500K - 10M.
The other side of this position is business development and relationship building - creating opportunities to win new business at all time. So an appetite to win, should be within the Project Manager.
The Project Manager
- Evidence of running own projects for 2+ years minimum
- Evidence of winning work / building relationships
- Commercial/Workplace project knowledge
- Internal and Fit Out experience
- Quick access into London
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Looking for a permanent position
- Provide a hands-on approach.
- Excellent organisational & team management skills
- Good computer skills
