A client facing and confident Project Manager is needed by a Fit Out Contractor in the heart of London.
They are well known for fit out and interiors within hospitality, retail and commercial, and the capable Project Manager will be specifically working on a Hospitality 15M project with 5 floors of high end finishing.
The successful Project Manager will join a highly respected fit out team, made up of over 30 people, who operate efficiently and to high standards.
The Project Manager's Role
The Project Manager will generally be operating in 3M - 15M projects, across London and home counties. They always have a high end element to them.
You will be responsible for the development of this hugely important and classy project.
The other side of this position is business development and relationship building - creating opportunities to win new business at all time. So an appetite to win, should be within the Project Manager.

- Evidence of running own projects for 2+ years minimum
- Evidence of winning work / building relationships
- Internal and Fit Out experience
- Quick access into London
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Looking for a permanent position
- Provide a hands-on approach.
- Excellent organisational & team management skills
- Good computer skills
