Our client, a developer of major residential and mixed-use schemes, is seeking a Project Manager for a large project in East London.
The project involves 2,500 units along with commercial, retail, car parking, and landscape elements, with a total value of 500 million.
The role will report to the Project Director and has a remaining programme duration of 12 years.
Candidates must have experience managing fit out and internal works to be considered for this position.
The offered salary ranges from 90k to 95k, along with a full package and bonus.

Our client is a developer undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.

The need now exists for a Project Manager to be based on a large mixed use scheme in East London.

The project consists of 2,500 units with commercial, retail, car parking and landscape. Project value 500m.

The position will report into the Project Director and has a programme of 12years left to run, so plenty of work.

They require this individual to manage all the fit out / internal works, so its essential you have experience on these elements of the build.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between 90k - 95k + full package & bonus.
