Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

Manage the delivery of commercial drylining andinterior fit out projects from start to finish.

Lead site teams, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently and to specification.

Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and quality standards.

Liaise with clients, consultants and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and progress.

Oversee subcontractor coordination, design integration and material procurement.

Drive a culture of safety, professionalismand accountability on site.

Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
About You

Proven experience as a Project Manager within the drylining and commercial fit out sector.

Strong technical knowledge across dryliningand interior construction disciplines.

Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with a hands-on, proactive approach.

Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and programmes.

Confident communicator, capable of building positive relationships with clients and teams alike.
