What you'll be doing as the successful Project Manager:

  • Leading the successful delivery of diverse, high-value construction projects across multiple sectors
  • Managing scope, budgets, programmes, and teams to achieve outstanding results
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary design and delivery teams with clarity and confidence
  • Building strong client relationships through trust, communication, and exceptional service
  • Contributing to business growth and mentoring the next generation of project leaders

Requirements:

  • A degree in a construction-related discipline (Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or similar)
  • Proven consultancy experience managing complex construction projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving mindset
  • Professional accreditation (MAPM, MRICS, MCIOB) - or working towards it
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to visit project sites
