Exciting Project Manager opportunity for a well-recognised fit out and refurbishment company focusing on commercial projects.
About the role of Project Manager:
Working on CAT A, CAT B and refurbishment projects valued up to 10 million across Central London.
Responsibilities for Project Manager
- Playing an active part in running programme & delivery on site
- Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
- Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to site staff
- Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
Requirements for Project Manager:
- Experience working on projects valued up to 10 million
- CAT A, CAT B and commercial fit out experience
- Individuals who have come through Tier 1 or Tier 2 training programmes are desired
- A desire to build strong client relationships
