Project Manager wanted for this highly prestigious project being built in the Capital. This very high profile developmentwill add to the London skyline and will lead the way in design and specification. As the Project Manager for this highly regarded leading London developer you will be responsible for the Shell & Core construction of 2 residential towers with the higher standing at 22 storeys and with the project running until the spring of 2028 at a value of 175 million.

You will be part of the construction team reporting to the Project Directorto support the business in planning and project management tasks. You will provide engineering and technical support throughout the process andensure efficient delivery of the construction process to include site set-up, control of direct and subcontract labour, design co-ordination, health and safety, quality control, quality assurance, practical completion andhand over.
