Project Manager - Office Fit-out - City of London
Our client is a rapidly growing Design & Build contractor in the building and construction space is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage multiple CAT A & CAT B office fit-out projects across London.
This is a site-based role, with the Project Manager expected to visit active projects daily and work from site offices as required. You will be responsible for leading several office fit-out projects at any one time, typically valued up to 3.5m.
The ideal Project Manager will have:- Construction experience managing multiple projects at once
- Experience handling clients and building relationships
- Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
- Excellent written English and paperwork skills
- Experience writing programmes
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Sites across City of London
- Salary: 70,000 - 75,000 PAYE
