A boutique, high-end construction consultancy in Central London is seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to join their residential team. This is a prime opportunity for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of luxury residential developments and private housing schemes across the capital and surrounding areas.

The Project Manager will be joining a close-knit consultancy that partners with premium developers and private clients, offering a full-service project management approach. The role is ideal for a Project Manager with proven residential experience who is seeking greater project ownership and client exposure.



The Project Manager's role

The successful Project Manager will deliver a range of residential-led developments valued between 5m-40m, including new-build apartments, private housing, and bespoke refurbishments in London's prime locations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end project management across RIBA stages 1-7

  • Managing design coordination, procurement and programme tracking

  • Acting as the key client liaison throughout project lifecycle

  • Administering JCT building contracts

  • Driving consultant and contractor performance

  • Preparing progress reports, risk registers, and cost tracking documents



The Project Manager

  • Degree qualified in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or similar

  • 3-5 years' experience working in a UK consultancy environment

  • Proven track record on residential projects (private, social or mixed-tenure)

  • Experience administering JCT contracts

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills

  • Working towards or recently achieved MRICS/MAPM is beneficial
