The focus for this year is to assess the internal teams, structures, workflow, processes and systems used by the system, and as the project manager, you will be leading the projects to bring through this change

The projects this role is focused on are internal project change transformation which is a transformative review of People, Process, and Technology to fit with the business's growth vision and strategy.
We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager to support the delivery of key internal initiatives that will help us scale effectively and work smarter across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and deliver internal projects with a focus on reviewing our People, Processes, and Technologies (PPT), collaborating across departments to ensure alignment and impact.
- Define project scopes, timelines, resource needs, and success criteria.
- Coordinate project teams and assign responsibilities to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.
This is a brilliant role with a lot of variety and a key voice from day one to deliver the long-term vision and strategy
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within digital, educational, or remote-first organizations.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of People, Process, and Technology concepts is advantageous.
