Conrad Consulting has been approached by a respected and trusted multidisciplinary construction consultancy who has a unique opportunity based within their Farringdon office to join their dynamic and highly successful team to work on a wide range of exciting projects throughout London.
The client offers a different type of opportunity to most consultancies on the market at present moment with Project Management, Contract Admin and Programme Management at the forefront of their business which is complemented alongside more traditional Building Surveying, Cost Consultancy and Architecture.
Requirements of the Senior/Associate Project Manager
- MRICS or MAPM accredited
- Strong business acumen
- Pre and post contract experience
- Full Driving License
- Solid technical delivery experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
On offer for the Senior/Associate Project Manager
This position offers a competitive market salary starting from 65,000 to 75,000 which can be negotiated depending on experience, project exposure, fantastic opportunity for career progression plus a comprehensive benefits package 25 days annual leave, plus public with the option to buy/sell, hybrid working, season ticket loan, cycle to work scheme, professional fees, discretionary bonus to name but a few.
