About the Role
We are representing an award-winning project management consultancy seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join their team in London. Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead Complex Projects: Manage a portfolio of projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Client Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring expectations are met.
  • Strategic Consultancy: Offer expert advice and strategic insights throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Set Project Parameters: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements and business goals.
  • Quality and Safety Management: Uphold and implement rigorous quality and safety standards across all phases of the project.
  • Detailed Planning: Prepare comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with plans and addressing deviations proactively.
  • Change Management: Manage changes effectively to minimise disruption and maintain project integrity.
  • Financial Management and Reporting: Oversee financial aspects of the project, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Degree in construction, real estate, project management, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing real estate projects, ideally within a construction consultancy environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Professional Membership: Membership of professional bodies such as RICS, PMI, or CIOB is advantageous.
