Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead Complex Projects: Manage a portfolio of projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Client Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring expectations are met.
- Strategic Consultancy: Offer expert advice and strategic insights throughout the project lifecycle.
- Set Project Parameters: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements and business goals.
- Quality and Safety Management: Uphold and implement rigorous quality and safety standards across all phases of the project.
- Detailed Planning: Prepare comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with plans and addressing deviations proactively.
- Change Management: Manage changes effectively to minimise disruption and maintain project integrity.
- Financial Management and Reporting: Oversee financial aspects of the project, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Degree in construction, real estate, project management, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing real estate projects, ideally within a construction consultancy environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Professional Membership: Membership of professional bodies such as RICS, PMI, or CIOB is advantageous.
