Job Title: Senior Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: 90,000 - 105,000 (with additional company benefits)

Company Description
An industry leading mechanical & electrical building services specialist are currently recruiting a Senior Mechanical Project Manager. The business provides M&E design and installation services to the commercial new build, fit out/ refurbishment, healthcare, data centre & education sectors. Following an extremely healthy pipeline of work and predicted growth, they are now seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to play a pivotal role with the next phase of growth.
This career opportunity will provide the opportunity to oversee multiple projects simultaneously (typically located within the heart of London), while offering an outlined career path to directorship.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Attend pre-tender meetings/ tender interviews.
- Oversee the pre-construction & procurement processes.
- Management of site personnel (Including schedule of works).
- Ensuring projects are delivered in a timely/ efficient manner.
- Full commercial responsibility (costs of labour, procurement, final accounts etc.)
- Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, specialist contractors & internal teams.
- Build/ maintain relationships with end users, clients & supply chain.
Remuneration Package
- A market leading basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record)
