Senior Project Manager - FM - London - 70 - 75k
Working for a technical integrated Facilities Management company, you will be responsible for the generation of sales pipeline, tendering and the delivery of capital works across London for a unique portfolio of land and estate owned by the British Monarch.
Provide leadership in delivering contractual commitments on secured projects.
You will deliver projects to completion on time and on budget and to the satisfaction of all parties, expectations to be exceeded wherever possible, Identifying, reducing and managing all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise) associated with assigned projects
You will have a recognised technical qualification in either a construction, mechanical or electrical discipline and a minimum of 5 years proven experience in delivering at Senior PM level and managing a team in an M&E, FM, construction or critical environment with proven experience of running Project Finances.
