Senior Project Manager opportunity working for a major tier one main contractor who have various projects across North London, central and Cambridge valued between 30-50million.

About the role of Senior Project Manager

This Senior Project Manager will be leading a new build or refurb project in London which will require a strong all-rounder Senior Project Manager who understands the whole build process.

Responsibilities for Senior Project Manager

• Reporting upstream to the Operations Director
• Managing a large team of up to 50 staff which will include Project Managers, Site Managers and assistants.
• Organise the works, keep the client on side, get stuck into the design and programme.
• Guide project teams with the correct information and ensure appropriate procedures are being adhered to.
• Represent the main contractor in the best light and communicate with the client.

Requirements for Senior Project Manager

• The ideal Senior Project Manager will have experience working on regeneration works, new build residential and refurb especially around facades.
• Experience working on traditional form of contract.
• The ideal Senior Project Manager with drive the project, be a strong leader and be very strong on sequencing and programming.
