Senior Project Manager - Construction Consultancy

What you'll be doing:

Leading multiple projects from inception through to completion
Managing programmes, budgets, and quality across large-scale developments
Acting as the key client interface, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships
Administering JCT and/or NEC contracts
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of the project management function

About you:

Experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager from a construction consultancy background
Proven experience delivering residential and/or commercial projects up to £100m
Strong technical knowledge with a confident, client-facing approach
Familiarity with JCT and/or NEC forms of contract
Chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) or actively working towards it
