Senior Project Manager - Transformation & Implementation

Day Rate: 450-550 (Inside IR35)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Start Date: Immediate

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver a high-profile transformation project within a complex organisation. This role focuses on implementing new IT systems and processes to improve standards and reduce risk.

Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery of major projects including case management systems, automated credit checks, and social media screening tools.
Act as the central point of coordination across IT, PMO, business change, and consultancy partners.
Manage governance, RAID, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
Build capability within teams while engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

Strong track record delivering IT-enabled business change projects.
Skilled in governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at director level.
Experience in public sector, policing, or complex organisations desirable.
Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, MSP) advantageous.
