THE COMPANY

Our client is a highly successful full-service visual effects studio based in London, specialising in feature films & episodic television.

THE ROLE

This role involves overseeing schedule and task management while ensuring seamless communication and client support. Responsibilities also include team coordination through regular check-ins, as well as maintaining quality control and asset tracking to uphold operational efficiency.

  • Assist in maintaining the day-to-day project schedule and task prioritization. Track task progress and escalate potential risks or delays to the Project Manager. Update task management systems to reflect current progress.
  • Help coordinate and distribute workload across the team
  • Relay client feedback to the team in a clear, actionable format. Facilitate smooth communication between the client and the VFX team. Regularly check in with team members to track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure tasks are on track. Monitor the overall status of the project and provide updates to the VFX Project Manager. Help track asset/shot statuses, maintaining clear visibility of progress for both the team and the client. Flag any mismatches or issues related to delivery expectations and escalate to the Project Manager as needed.

 

 

THE PERSON

With previous experience as Coordinator or Assistant within a busy VFX company, you will have good knowledge of CGI and be comfortable supporting complex projects from start to finish.

You will be a strong communicator and have previous experience of working with clients and managing their expectations effectively.

Previous experience of using Shot Grid essential.
