What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance needs.
  • Assist with the preparation of service charge budgets and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Ensure all properties comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Organize and attend residents’ meetings.
  • Provide regular reports on block management activities to senior management.
