Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management - Oversee a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
  • Service Charge Budgets - Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
    Leaseholder & Client Relations - Act as the primary point of contact for leaseholders, tenants, and freeholders.
  • Site Inspections - Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring compliance and maintenance standards.
  • Compliance & Legislation - Ensure properties meet health, safety, and leasehold requirements.

You'll need:

  • Previous Block Management Experience
