Meraki Talent are supporting the search for a Product Manager to join a leading global financial services firm. This role will focus on shaping the Private Assets strategy with a key emphasis on Real Estate, helping to drive scalable, global operating models and contribute to long-term product growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities:
- Help define and deliver the Real Estate strategy and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Enhance and maintain operating models and infrastructure to support growth and efficiency.
- Own product documentation and service definitions.
- Partner with Sales and BD teams on RFPs, pitches, and due diligence meetings.
- Act as a strategic stakeholder in change initiatives, ensuring solutions drive profitability.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong Real Estate fund operations experience within financial services.
- Solid accounting knowledge of Real Estate is essential; client-facing exposure a plus.
- Proficiency in Yardi (including Investment Management Accounting & Payscan) and implementation experience is critical.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in process design and contributing to transformation initiatives.
