Meraki Talent are supporting the search for a Product Manager to join a leading global financial services firm. This role will focus on shaping the Private Assets strategy with a key emphasis on Real Estate, helping to drive scalable, global operating models and contribute to long-term product growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities:

Help define and deliver the Real Estate strategy and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
Enhance and maintain operating models and infrastructure to support growth and efficiency.
Own product documentation and service definitions.
Partner with Sales and BD teams on RFPs, pitches, and due diligence meetings.
Act as a strategic stakeholder in change initiatives, ensuring solutions drive profitability.

Candidate Profile:

Strong Real Estate fund operations experience within financial services.
Solid accounting knowledge of Real Estate is essential; client-facing exposure a plus.
Proficiency in Yardi (including Investment Management Accounting & Payscan) and implementation experience is critical.
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven experience in process design and contributing to transformation initiatives.
