My client, a fast-growing property company based in Liverpool Street, is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong sales background and a genuine interest in the property industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating new business through outbound calls, meetings, and client networking

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

  • Managing the end-to-end sales process from enquiry to deal completion

  • Hitting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have previous experience in property (highly beneficial)

  • Possess excellent sales and negotiation skills

  • Be confident on the phone and resilient under pressure

  • Be organised, target-driven and motivated to succeed

  • Communicate clearly and professionally

  • Excel at objection handling and closing deals
