Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Salary: OTE: £40k+ Uncapped
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Estate Agency Sales Negotiator: This is a job for an enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated property salesperson within a busy Estate Agency office.
We need an experienced Sales Negotiator who would like to work for a local, market leading, dynamic independent Estate Agency covering the Forest Hill area.
Previous experience in residential property sales is essential and some listing experience would be preferable. You will need to be proactive, work exceptionally well as part of a team and strive to hit and exceed your personal targets as well as being the kind of person who can spot and take advantage of sales opportunities.
You will have the ability to generate and win business whilst consistently providing exceptional client service, but most of all, have exceptional negotiation skills.
The Company: Our client is established independent Estate and Lettings Agency with offices in the South East London area
Skills required for thisSales Negotiatorrole will include:
- Previous residential Estate Agency experience
- Excellent (proven) sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Superb telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the local Forest Hill / South East London area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car essential
- A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
