What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Letting residential properties in a fast-paced London market
- Providing outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants
- Growing market share and exceeding performance targets
- Managing the full lettings process, from viewings through to move-ins
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Solid experience in residential lettings
- Familiarity with the London property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Professional, punctual, and articulate
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
- A proactive and determined mindset
- Some listing experience would be beneficial
