Vacancy: SENIOR AST PROPERTY MANAGER

Salary: £35k per annum
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SeniorProperty Manager to join an expanding Professional Property Company based in Central London, London (EC4)
You will have the ability to build a good report with clients quickly and surpass the expectations of both landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional customer service along the way. You will need to be highly organised, work well under pressure and be able to multi-task effectively.
The ideal candidate will a proven track record in Residential Property Management, ARLA qualified and knowledge of the London market.

Skills required for this Senior Property Manager role will include:
- Proven track record in Property Management
- An understanding of Lettings and Property Management procedures
