- Utilise your in-depth knowledge of the property market to handle a diverse portfolio of properties. Identify potential buyers, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities.
You will be rewarded with:
- A competitive basic salary of up to £24,000.
- A six-month guarantee.
- Car allowance.
- OTE £50,000 for the first year.
Requirements:
- You must have at least 18 months experience of successful sales experience in the property industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
