Commercial Valuation Surveyor – Directorship potential – London - £120k+ package

My client is a super prime London specialist acting on Residential and Commercial Valuation instructions for a range of specialist and private lenders alongside HNWI’s and investors.

Within their Commercial Valuation team, they are now looking to hire a Commercial Valuation Surveyor as follows:

Working directly alongside the MD, servicing desirable clients in Prime London
Scope to lead and develop the commercial division with share options over time
MRICS/VRS with 5 years PQE
Proven track record in Commercial Property Valuation
Ability to Conduct property inspections, due diligence, and prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports within client timelines.
Provide valuations and advisory services for a wide range of property assets across the main commercial sectors.
Tech Savvy
Excellent client-management skills, with a proactive, flexible approach.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining high standards.

The successful Commercial Valuation Surveyor can expect an outstanding remuneration package including excellent base salary (up to £85k), bonuses (based on fee income, but in excess of £30k), benefits, and eventual shareholding.
