Multi Trader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our growing team. Operating across South East London, North London, and Kent, this role requires a well-rounded professional capable of handling a variety of trades to support both planned and reactive maintenance works in domestic and maybe some voidproperties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment work including:

  • Carpentry

  • Basic plumbing

  • Plastering

  • Tiling

  • Painting and decorating

  • Basic electrical work

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with relevant health and safety regulations.

• will be uploading photos of work done to an app that will be sent back to the office

• Respond promptly to job requests and complete tasks efficiently.

• Provide excellent customer service while on-site.

• Accurately report work carried out using job management systems or mobile apps.

• Travel across designated regions (South East London, North London, Kent) as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a multi-trade or property maintenance role.

• Strong skills in at least two of the following: carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating.

• Good knowledge of health and safety standards.

• Full UK driving licence (essential).

• Own tools (desirable, but company may provide).

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Desirable:

• NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications in relevant trades.

• Experience working in social housing, residential maintenance, or void properties.

• Basic electrical qualification (18th edition or similar).
