TML Recruitment have been retained by an industry-leading, Global property consultancy their search for a Surveyor/Senior Surveyor level Commercially focussed valuer, but this time with a slight twist to the role that may interest valuers that want to add strings to their bow and not silo into one asset class. Working from their prestigious, London offices, this market leading team has around 30 people in it. It caries out a diverse range of valuation instructions throughout Central London and some European countries working on big ticket valuations in classic offices and industrial, but also life science, data centre, food manufacturing, renewables, self storage and many others keeping this changing incredibly interesting! A key part of this role and why it differs, is it gives any surveyor/snr surveyor the chance to get involved within CPO!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
A large bulk of this role includes Providing valuation advice to clients for loan security, accounts and other purposes including, tax, acquisitions, disposals and financial reporting, whilst also getting exposure to M&A work. This would be on behalf of a really diverse client base keeping you very busy and interested. Clients would include global private sector firms, large lending organisations including UK clearing banks and alternative lenders, investors, developers, local authorities and landed estates. Being a tier 1 consultancy this work load will be the the high end of the market.
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
- MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer
- Experience in writing clear and concise reports and providing strategic property advice and due diligence
- Capabilities in Microsoft applications as well as Argus enterprise and development packages. Training can be given.
- Willingness to get involved in multiple asset classes and also CPO work.
- Demonstrable communication skills
