The Role
As Café Supervisor at Café Kitsuné Belgravia, youll support the day-to-day running of the café, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience. From leading shifts and supporting the barista team to overseeing floor operations and maintaining brand standards, youll play a key role in creating the signature Café Kitsuné atmosphere where specialty coffee meets Parisian-Tokyo style.
About You
Youre confident, organised, and passionate about both people and coffee culture. With experience supervising in a quality café or hospitality environment, you bring a calm presence, excellent communication skills, and a strong eye for detail. You thrive in a fast-paced setting, lead by example, and motivate the team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
