We are seeking HCPC-registered Educational Psychologists to join Connect Exec, a specialist SEND and Social Care consultancy, to deliver Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNAs) for Local Authorities in North West London.
This role focuses on in-person statutory assessments to help councils clear backlogs and manage ongoing demand.

- Complete psychological advice for EHCNAs in line with the Children and Families Act 2014 and SEND Code of Practice.
- Conduct thorough in-person assessments using consultation, observation, and developmental analysis.
- Work collaboratively with schools, families, and multi-agency professionals.
- Write clear, evidence-based statutory reports with actionable recommendations.
- Attend multi-agency planning meetings as required.
- Maintain records and follow safeguarding procedures.
- HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist.
- Honours degree in Psychology (BPS recognised) Doctorate or equivalent in Educational Psychology.
- Enhanced DBS (on the update service or willing to apply).
- 3+ years’ post-qualification experience, ideally including Local Authority EHCNA work.
- Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and statutory processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience across varied educational settings and age groups.
- Familiarity with digital tools for report writing.
- Flexible and collaborative working style.
