Are you high-achieving Psychology graduate looking to gain experience prior to a career in clinical or Child Psychology?

We are currently recruiting for September 2025 and are looking for aspirational graduates with an excellent academic background, that are looking to gain experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.

Key Responsibilities for Psychology Graduate Assistant:

  • Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation.
  • Provide 1-1 support for children with SEN.
  • Adapt learning materials and resources to meet the needs of every child in the classroom, including those with SEN.
  • Support social and emotional development for all and be a positive role model.

Requirements for Psychology Graduate Assistant:

  • Minimum education - Undergraduate Degree.
  • Ideally a background in Psychology with some clinical experience - not necessary.
  • Experience working within the education sector is desired.
  • Academically strong and enthusiastic about education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning.
  • An enhanced DBS on the online update service is desired but not necessary.
