NXTGEN are excited to be supporting a leading organisation with a new Finance Business Partner opportunity. This Finance Business Partner position offers the chance to work at the heart of a busy finance function, playing a key role in supporting operational teams, analysing performance and helping to shape future plans.

As Finance Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring financial information is accurate, insightful and supports confident decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support regular budgeting and forecasting activity across key business areas.

  • Monitor and review financial performance, identifying variances and highlighting areas of risk or opportunity.

  • Produce clear, concise reporting to help stakeholders make informed choices.

  • Build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders, acting as the financial point of contact.

  • Contribute to the development of tools and reporting to improve efficiency and visibility.

  • Support financial modelling and data analysis to back strategic plans.



About You:

  • Strong communicator who can build credibility quickly.

  • 2-3 years' experience in a finance role with exposure to budgeting and analysis.

  • Background in the public sector is advantageous.

  • Confident using finance systems (Oracle experience desirable).

  • Proactive and collaborative approach with a focus on adding value.

  • Please note that to be suitable for this role, you MUST have an Active Clearance for this role

This role requires on-site premises and is Inside of IR35
