Job Title: Buying Admin Assistant
Location: Hammersmith and Fulham, London
Remuneration: 14.35 per hour

Responsibilities:
Join a leading organisation that embodies the latest trends in Fashion & Home design! We're on the lookout for a dynamic Buying Admin Assistant to be part of our vibrant team. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Senior Buying Team Support: - Coordinate global travel arrangements for Buying Managers, ensuring alignment with seasonal budgets.
- - organise show tickets for the Retail team during major fashion seasons (February and September).
- - Set up meeting rooms and greet external guests, making them feel welcome.
- - organise team events, meetings, and training sessions, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- - Act as the primary contact for the Buying departments for all inquiries and requests.
- - Provide support to Buying Managers with daily administrative tasks and maintain essential team documents.
- Buying Editor Support: - Serve as the link between buying, editorial, and marketing, ensuring smooth communication.
- - Collaborate on seasonal trend reports and marketing deliverables.
- - Assist in compiling and delivering the Seasonal Handbook to marketing teams.
- - Run buy reports and support fashion shoot boards for marketing campaigns.
- - Work alongside Merchandising to track deliveries for upcoming launches.

We need someone who is organised, proactive, and adaptable! If you have:
- A strong understanding of the fashion industry or experience in luxury goods.
- Administrative experience with advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
