The demand planner is responsible for proposing and implementing solutions to improve forecast accuracy by analysing historical data, market trends, customer information & commercial insights. The role is key to ensure that the business has sufficient capacity to meet the required customer demand.

Description

  • Seamlessly match together the sales, demand and capacity reviews to meet our commercial targets across all territories and our expending product portfolio.
  • Work closely with Finance, execute global strategic plan to optimise the investment and resource within the supply chain.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure demand plans are reflective of current market trends and commercial opportunities, whilst maintaining flexibility to maximise our growth potential.
  • Have a hands-on approach to the development and delivery of key performance metrics within the S&OP process improving efficiency, cash flow and profitability along the way.
  • Gather, analyse and report on business data to support key business decision making.
  • Develop and track key KPI's relevant to Forecast Accuracy and Capacity.

Profile

  • +3 years' experience in forecasting and demand planning positions.
  • Experience working in the Food & Beverages industry is desired.
  • Advanced level of Excel and data management.
  • Demand Planning software and ERP experience will be key.
