Global Demand Planner (S&OP)

Location: Paddington or Deeside (Hybrid - ideally Paddington office once a week for the first month)

Contract: 6 months (Parental Leave Cover)

Start Date: December 2025

Rate: 332.10/day PAYE | 450/day Umbrella

The Role

As a Global Demand Planner, you'll be a key player in the Global Supply Chain team, driving demand planning across business units, geographies, and product portfolios. You'll collaborate closely with Commercial and Marketing teams to align market needs with supply capabilities, ensuring product availability and supporting growth and profitability.



Key Responsibilities

- Lead demand planning across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons.
- Partner with commercial teams to translate market needs into actionable demand signals.
- Analyze trends, scenarios, and reconcile demand with financial targets.
- Support and drive market-level S&OP processes.
- Communicate volume and portfolio requirements to Supply Planning.
- Manage tender-related supply planning to avoid excess inventory.



Required Experience

- Proven experience in Demand Planning/S&OP at market or regional level.
- SAP and IBP module expertise (transactions and reporting).
- Healthcare industry experience (Medical Device or Pharma preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, formulas, analysis).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.
