Pay: £15.09£15.51/hour
Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week), TuesdaySunday (Mondays off),typically 9.00am-5.30pm
Location: Borough Market or Balham (one site per shift)
Summary
We are looking for a brilliant Team Leader to join our 15-strong, dynamic Retail team. Team Leaders are key players at Brindisa; they work across both our shops (Borough Market and Balham; one site per shift), leading the team to deliver the fantastic customer service that drives our sales. They are focused on ensuring that our shops look great and our team and customers are happy.
What youll do:
- Manage daily operations: stock, displays, food safety checks, opening/closing, cashing up.
- Lead and supervise the full retail team on the shop floor.
- Brief the team on targets and priorities.
- Provide guidance and reinforcement of company policies.
- Provide hands-on support and training to team members.
- Develop a deep understanding of Brindisa's product range.
- Engage with customers, share your product knowledge, and drive sales
- Monitor and report on sales performance
- Help plan and implement seasonal promotions and displays
What were looking for:
- 1+ year in food retail or hospitality
- Passion for quality food
