Freelance Technical Designer - D&B Fit Out Contractor (Zone 1/2)
A leading Design & Build Fit Out Contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Technical Designer to provide support across LTA processes on a range of high-profile commercial projects based in Zones 1/2, London.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with technical design packages and coordination across all project stages
Support LTA (Landlord Technical Approval) submissions and processes
Liaise with internal design, project, and delivery teams to ensure compliance and buildability
Produce and review detailed drawings and technical documentation
Contribute to maintaining quality, accuracy, and consistency across all design outputs
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Designer within a D&B fit out environment
Strong understanding of LTA procedures and approvals
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills
Ability to work efficiently to deadlines in a fast-paced commercial setting
