We're representing a growing Fit Out & Refurbishment contractor who are looking to add an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience on CAT A, CAT B and office fit out projects across London, with values from 500k up to 10m. You'll work directly alongside an experienced QS team, giving you exposure to the full project lifecycle.
Role Overview:
Assisting with cost plans, valuations and variations
Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
Helping to prepare tenders and contract documentation
Working closely with Senior/Intermediate QSs to develop your commercial skills
Keeping projects on track with budgets and deadlines
What's on offer:
Salary 30,000 - 40,000 (DOE) + benefits
Full APC support if you're working towards RICS chartership
Clear route to progress into an Intermediate QS role

What we're looking for:
Some experience as a Trainee/Assistant QS (ideally in fit out or refurbishment)
Good knowledge of construction processes and contracts (JCT preferred)
Degree-qualified or working towards it (QS / Commercial Management)
Eager to learn, proactive and confident in a client-facing role
