My client requires an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor who has previous experience working on either construction or engineering projects to join their business on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to be involved with an established Tier 2 contractor who works on large scale projects throughout London.
My client works a mix of Infrastructure and Commercial projects and requires an enthusiastic individual who is looking to progress with an established business reporting into a senior surveyor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Measurement, valuation and agreement of sub-contract accounts.
• Assistance in identification of potential risks and opportunities on projects.
• Assistance in preparation of project budgets.
• Assistance in the selection of sub-contractors to undertake the works and subsequent appointment.
• Preparation of monthly cost and value reports and reconciliation.
• Preparation and continual development of Cash Flow Forecasts.
• Management and agreement of change both pre and post contract.
• Providing commercial and contractual advice to project management team with respect design development.
This project requires someone and will be paying a starting salary for this role is £ 40,000 - 45,000 + overtime + pension + travel + full benefits.
