Their work is deeply client-facing, so were looking for someone who is presentable, confident, and professional able to hold their own in meetings and always focused on delivering the best results.
What theyre looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of Quantity Surveying experience, ideally in residential refurbishment or bespoke construction.
- A keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for high-quality delivery.
- Confident communication skills youll be liaising directly with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors.
- Someone hungry to learn, proactive, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
- A team player who takes pride in their work and wants to grow.
