Our client is looking to hire an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
The ideal candidate should have some experience in a commercial role, and while fit-out experience is a plus, it is not mandatory.
This position offers opportunities for professional development and exposure to high-end, bespoke projects over the next 12 months.
Key responsibilities include managing final accounts, pricing variations, and producing Bills of Quantities, among others.
The role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 and requires candidates to have some relevant experience.

Our client is seeking to expand their highly experienced commercial team with the addition of a Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing/Assisting with final accounts
Pricing variations
Producing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Assessing sub-contractor works
Procurement
Processing invoices

Key Experience and Skills:

Knowledge of construction projects (fit-out trade/subcontractor experience is advantageous)
Understanding of various project packages
Ability to ensure projects remain profitable and within budget
