The Opportunity
A leading residential developer is looking to appoint an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team ahead of a major new build housing project starting imminently in Deptford.
This is a hands-on role ideal for a QS with 2–4 years’ experience looking to step up within a high-performing team. Based from their London Bridge office, you'll support the full commercial delivery of a major multi-unit residential scheme, reporting into a Senior QS and working closely with the wider project and pre-construction team.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with procurement and management of subcontract packages
  • Prepare and issue tender documentation and analyse returns
  • Help manage budgets, forecasts, valuations, and variations
  • Attend commercial and design coordination meetings
  • Support cost planning, reporting, and payment schedules
  • Work with senior commercial staff to ensure smooth delivery of the project

  • Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or similar

  • Motivated, proactive, and keen to grow with the business
